Every answer is drawn from a source-attributed corpus: CREA DDF listing fields, human-reviewed photo analysis, and uploaded documents. Nothing is improvised — out-of-corpus questions are referred to the agent.

Open House AI turns an MLS® listing into a companion a visitor can actually talk to. The agent prepares and reviews the listing; the visitor opens a phone and asks — by voice or text — and gets answers grounded only in the published, reviewed data.
Is my information safe?
Visitor contact details are optional and encrypted at rest. They are only ever captured through an explicit consent step, and can be deleted on request.
Does it follow CREA rules?
Yes. Listing display honours CREA DDF rules — including address-display flags — and the assistant never presents inferences as confirmed fact.
