When you talk with the assistant, we process your questions to answer them. If you use voice, your speech is transcribed in the moment to respond — it is not recorded or stored. If you choose to leave your details, we collect the name, email, and phone you provide.
Your questions are used only to answer you from this property's published listing data. Contact details you share are used so the listing agent can follow up with you, and may be forwarded to the agent's customer-relationship system for that purpose.
Contact details and any conversation you opt to save are stored encrypted and can be deleted on request. To request deletion, contact the listing agent.
Talking with the assistant is optional. Sharing your contact details is optional and always requires an explicit opt-in.
